Welcome to the website of Forrester & Forrester, Solicitors. We are able to trace our origins back to the early 1800s and have been practising as a firm of solicitors since then. The firm has two offices in Wiltshire at Chippenham and Malmesbury and attracts clients from these towns as well as from the wider areas of Wiltshire, the Cotswolds and beyond. We have developed into a well resourced, provincial practice of four partners, employing a number of experienced Solicitors, Legal Executives and other highly trained support staff. We offer a full range of high street legal services which cover Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Tax Planning, Probate, Wills and Trusts, Matrimonial and Family work and other general Civil Litigation including Employment Law. Community Legal Services work (Legal Aid) is undertaken at our Chippenham office. Our lawyers are member of Resolution and Solicitors for the Elderly. We also have an in-house Notary Public. We offer an initial free 30 minute diagnostic interview by prior arrangement, home visits and out of hours appointments. We accept payment by credit card and we can make arrangements for access to our premises by those with a disability. |
